I'm Georgia and this is my e-portfolio for some of my work that I will be completing while at university.

Originally from Hertfordshire, I made the move to Essex to start studying Veterinary Physiotherapy at Writtle University College. Prior to this I studied Animal Management at college where I gained many animal handling skills which I previously didn't have. This included anything from cows to rabbits and snakes.

When I am at home I regularly volunteer at my local Riding for the Disabled center which is so rewarding, as not only do I get to handle and interact with the lovely horses, watching the riders develop their skills and gain confidence is a privilege to see.

I also worked closely with a dog rescue center as part of my college course and I try to go back as much as possible to help them with caring for their dogs. This gives me vital experience handling unfamiliar and challenging dogs.

This site is somewhere for me to post my progress of my first year at university, including reflections, assignments and photos of the practical experience I will be gaining.
